This Privacy Policy explains how House of Hisham ("we", "us"), the Tamil Nadu, India–based business operating the BuildersLab brand, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit builderslab.cloud, book a call, or contact us about our consultancy services. Information we collect

• Booking and contact details — when you book a call or write to us: your name, email address, phone number, timezone, meeting preferences, and any message or business context you choose to share.
• Technical information — our hosting provider and technical tools may process browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, referral source, and timestamps.
• Scheduling data — when you use the booking widget, HighLevel Inc. (LeadConnector) processes the information needed to schedule, manage, and confirm the meeting.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not submit confidential datasets, credentials, financial records, health information, or other sensitive operational data through the public website or booking form.

How we use information

To respond to enquiries; schedule and manage calls; understand the business context you share; prepare for consultancy conversations; operate, secure, and improve the website; maintain business records; and comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, or administrative obligations. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Legal basis and consent

We process personal information in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — because it is necessary to respond to your request, take steps before a client engagement, operate our website, pursue legitimate business interests, comply with legal obligations, or because you have consented. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us operate:

• HighLevel Inc. (LeadConnector) — booking widget and CRM;
• Google Cloud (Cloud Run) — website hosting and server logs;
• Google Fonts, Google Calendar and Google Meet — typefaces, calendar events, and meeting links (your IP address is disclosed to Google when fonts load).

Where a client-approved engagement requires specialist execution, we may share relevant project information with subcontractors or ecosystem partners who help deliver the agreed work — only where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality controls. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, clients, or business.

International processing

We are based in India and serve clients globally. Some providers, tools, clients, or partners may be located outside India, so personal information may be processed or stored in other countries. Where required, we use reasonable contractual, technical, and organisational measures to protect it.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above — responding to enquiries, maintaining business records, managing client relationships, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or accounting obligations. Booking and enquiry information is retained for a reasonable business period unless you ask us to delete it and we are legally permitted to do so.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No website, email system, booking tool, or internet transmission is completely secure — avoid sending sensitive information through public forms unless we have agreed a secure method with you.
